Construction is under way on our Kyle Bay project in Sydney!!

The existing four bedroom project home is almost two stories above the garden and didn’t connect with the garden or the river.

So we’ve designed a series of levels that cascade gently down the site, re-connecting the house to the river and providing generous living spaces centred around a pool. A cabana “floats” in the pool providing a focal point that mediates between the foreground and the middle distance.
